These Terms and Conditions govern the use of all music, artwork, videos, and related assets provided by Tubebackr Music, including works by Tubebackr, HiLau, and Filo Starquez.

By downloading, using, sharing, synchronizing, or distributing Tubebackr Music, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. License

Tubebackr Music is licensed under the (CC BY-ND 4.0)  Attribution - NonDerivatives 4.0 International - Legal Code.

This license permits commercial and non-commercial use of the music provided that clear and accurate attribution to the artist is included at the time the content is first published.

Attribution must remain clearly visible for the entire duration that the content is publicly available.

Track: [Track Name]

2. Attribution Requirement

Attribution must be placed in a clear and accessible location, such as:

• video descriptions

• captions or credits

Attribution must be clearly visible at the time the content is first published and must remain visible while the content remains publicly accessible.

Failure to provide proper attribution constitutes a breach of the license terms.

3. License Termination

Failure to comply with the attribution requirement results in automatic termination of the license for that specific use.

Once the license has terminated, the use of the music becomes unauthorized and infringing.

Tubebackr Music reserves the right to enforce its rights through:

• Content ID claims

• platform copyright enforcement

• content removal or takedowns

• retroactive license fees

• legal action where appropriate

Retroactive license fees may be assessed based on standard industry licensing rates for the type, scope, and duration of the use involved.

4. Optional Paid Licenses

Users who prefer to use Tubebackr Music without attribution may obtain a paid synchronization license or written permission.

5. Third-Party Distribution

Tubebackr Music may also be distributed through third-party platforms, including the Declan DP website.

Where Tubebackr Music is obtained through a third-party platform, the terms and conditions of that platform may also apply in addition to these Terms.

Where there is any conflict between these Terms and the terms of a third-party platform governing the same use, the more restrictive provision governing that specific use shall apply.

6. Copyright Protection

All Tubebackr Music content, including music, artwork, videos, and logos, remains protected under applicable copyright laws.

All copyrights remain the property of Tubebackr Music and its creators.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the music or related content.

7. Enforcement

Tubebackr Music actively protects its catalog using copyright enforcement systems, including YouTube Content ID and other monitoring tools.

Unauthorized use may result in:

• copyright claims

• platform enforcement actions

• retroactive licensing requests

• legal proceedings where necessary

Enforcement may occur regardless of audience size, monetization status, or intent.

8. Updates to These Terms

Tubebackr Music reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Updates will be published on the Tubebackr Music website or associated distribution platforms.

Continued use of Tubebackr Music after updated Terms are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable international and European Union copyright laws.
